Our strength and conditioning program is an effective way to get fit. It is an exercise program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a workout - usually for time, repetitions, or load. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and a host of other movements. Always varied, always changing, always producing results.

Our barbell strength training program is an efficient way to get strong. It is a training system designed to safely and efficiently improve strength using barbell exercise. We make use of the body's most basic movement patterns that involve all the body’s muscle mass, utilized over the longest effective range of motion and loaded progressively, to force the adaptations necessary for increased strength. It is a long-term process designed for getting stronger over time.

When:
Our strength and conditioning program operates on a 3 days on, 1 day off split.
Our barbell strength training program operates on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday split.
We currently have sessions as early as 6 a.m. and as late as 7 p.m.
Where:
We are located at 15 Corning Street Rear in Lock Haven, PA. Our facility is not a cozy place. There are no televisions, no machines, no comfortable spot to sit - and there are no mirrors. Our equipment is what we've assembled and personally used for the past 4 years - it is not shiny and new. We add new equipment as demand dictates.
Why:
Our goal is to increase strength and endurance in order to be functionally fit - being healthy, strong and better prepared for whatever life throws at us. Additional benefits include having fun, a sense of community and looking better naked.
