Excited for the opening of Lock Haven Strength and Conditioning. I understand workout sessions are three days on and one day off, or something like that. I think (personally) that it would be better if it were set days with set times for classes, and then if people cannot make it to those specific classes, they can still go in around the times for their own workouts, but after knowing the proper techniques and body mechanics as well as how to use the equipment. I'm familiar with this type of programming, but only from my buddy out in Cali who is a Crossfit Coach. Here's to strength and conditioning in the Haven!
Thank you for your comments. We understand your interest in open gym hours for experienced members. Right now, we are focusing on getting new members into the gym and getting them up to speed on the fundamentals as efficiently as possible. Once we've got that squared away, we would be happy to consider adding open hours, as demand dictates. Thanks again for taking the time to post your thoughts. We hope to see you in the gym soon!
